Plain-English draft. Not legal advice. Review with counsel before you treat this as binding.

1

About this site

Native DRE (operated by VCC Studio) runs this site at aboutdre.io as a product preview. It describes the Native DRE governance runtime and an in-development dashboard. The site is informational — you can read every page without creating an account.

2

Acceptance

By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please close the page.

3

No offer, no commitment

Everything here is a preview — not an offer to contract, not a product guarantee, and not a warranty of future functionality. Any pilot, evaluation, or paid engagement will be covered by a separate, signed agreement.

4

Intellectual property

The text, diagrams, logos, terminal replays, and code samples on this site belong to Native DRE or its licensors. You may share links to the site and screenshots for commentary or journalism. Don't republish the content as your own or train models on it without written permission.

5

Demo personas and dashboard

The /signin flow hands you a simulated persona and opens a read-only view of fabricated events, policies, and ledger entries. Nothing inside the dashboard is production data. Any policy text, claim, or trace you see is scripted for illustration.

6

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular use. Nothing on this site is legal, compliance, security, or regulatory advice. Don't make enforcement decisions based on it.

7

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Native DRE and VCC Studio are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site.

8

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. [Placeholder — confirm entity jurisdiction before launch.]
