Privacy notice

Last updated: 2026-04-14 · Working draft

The short version: you can read every page on aboutdre.io without us collecting anything personal. No cookies, no analytics, no lead-capture form. The long version is below.

1

What we do not collect

No cookies. No Google Analytics, PostHog, Segment, Mixpanel, Fathom, Plausible, or Vercel Analytics. No pixel trackers from ad networks. No email capture, no newsletter, no chat widget. The site is a flat static build served from a CDN.

2

What we store in your browser

The site uses exactly two browser storage keys, both scoped to your device and never transmitted to us:

  • aboutdre.auth — a sessionStorage key used to keep your demo persona signed in while you navigate the dashboard. Cleared automatically when you close the tab.
  • aboutdre.cookie-notice — a localStorage flag we set after you dismiss the transparency banner, so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit. Remove the key in your browser's devtools and the banner will return.

Both live entirely in your browser. Native DRE servers never see them.

3

Hosting logs

This site is hosted on Vercel. As with any web host, Vercel's edge network automatically logs standard HTTP request metadata — IP address, user agent, requested URL, response status, timestamp — for operational, security, and abuse-prevention purposes. Vercel's own privacy policy governs that data.

We do not read those logs for marketing, do not enrich them with third-party data, and do not sell or share them.

4

If you contact us

If you email us at info@vcc.studio, we'll keep the thread as long as we need to reply and follow up on the conversation — same as any business email. We don't add your address to a mailing list, because we don't have one.

5

Children

This site is aimed at enterprise buyers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6

Your rights

If you're in the EEA, UK, California, or a similar jurisdiction with data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability, objection) — the answer is “we hold nothing persistent about you beyond what Vercel retains in standard hosting logs.” Email info@vcc.studio and we will confirm in writing.

7

Changes to this notice

If we ever start collecting something — analytics, lead capture, accounts — this notice will be updated before we do. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
